Orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Return/Refund Policy

We accept cancellations requested within 24 hrs of purchase, and a refund will be issued.

Unfortunately we do not accept Returns or Exchanges. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Tariffs and Import Fees

(At the moment, we can only ship limited flat items to the US)

US Customers: you will not be charged tariff fees due to limited flat items being sent via Canada Post Lettermail. Unfortunately, we cannot send parcels or large orders due to the new tariff rules.

Customs & Duties Fees

International buyers are responsible for any customs, duties or brokerage fees that may occur. Therefore, be mindful of late package arrivals due to customs delays, should there be. We are not responsible for any charges incurred when imported to your country. We advise you consult with your local customs office for more information.
